| 黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿的临床疗效。方法 选取80例乳腺癌术后上肢水肿患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予物理疗法，观察组予黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗，疗程14d。记录患者治疗前后的臂围，并填写患肢功能评价表。结果 观察组总有效率为87.5%，对照组总有效率65.0%，观察组总有效率明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组患者患肢功能评分均较同组治疗前明显下降（P<0.05或P<0.01），两组治疗后患肢功能评分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 黄芪桂枝五物汤加减可有效治疗乳腺癌术后上肢水肿，并改善患肢功能。 |

| Clinical Effect of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on Treatment of Upper Limb Edema Postoperative Breast Cancer |

| Objective To observe the effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the treatment of upper limb edema postoperative breast cancer. Methods The 80 cases of patients with upper limb edema after breast cancer were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given physical therapy, the observation group was taken modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction, the course was for 14 days. The arm circumference was recorded before and after treatment, and the form of limb function evaluation was filled up. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%, the total effective rate of control group was 65.0%, the total effective rate of observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the limb function score of the two groups decreased obviously than before treatment group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the effect of the control group was more obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction could effectively treat the upper edema postoperative breast cancer, and improve the limb function. |
