| 本文对近年来黑茶在药理学方面的研究进行了梳理，黑茶的药理作用包括以下几个方面：减肥、降脂、降胆固醇、降血糖、抑菌、改善肠道、抗氧化抗衰老、抗肿瘤等。 |
