| 本文对近年来黑茶在药理学方面的研究进行了梳理，黑茶的药理作用包括以下几个方面：减肥、降脂、降胆固醇、降血糖、抑菌、改善肠道、抗氧化抗衰老、抗肿瘤等。 |

| In this paper, the pharmacological effects of Dark tea on weight loss, lipid-lowering, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood sugar, antibacterial, improve intestinal tract, anti-aging antioxidant, anti-tumor and so on in recent years were presented. |
