| 杨维华教授结合多年诊治小儿肺炎喘嗽的经验，认为此病以肺热多见，其主要病机特点为痰热蕴积于体内，临证多内外之法兼施，内服运用自拟八味清肺汤，外施以清肺膏外敷、刮痧疗法等，内清蕴热，外透郁邪，内外兼治，屡获验效。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor Yang Weihua considered that the common symptom of children pneumonia with cough is lung-heat according to his abundant experience of diagnosis and treatment. She points out that the pathogenic characteristic of this disease is wind and heat stagnated in body. The internal and external treatment methods in clinic were used for this diseases. The self-made Bawei Qingfei decoction was given orally for clearing heat blocking, while applying Qingfei sparadrap, scrapping, etc. were as external application for treating pathogen accumulation. The internal and external treatment methods show good effects in clinic. |
