| 遗精是一种常见中医内科疾病，黄政德教授通过运用四妙丸治疗一例久治不愈，湿热为患的青年患者，获得良效，以提醒当代中医师，要摒弃见遗精便补肾涩遗的随大流陋习，做到有是证用是法。黄政治德教授结合自己的临床经验，审证求因，辨证辨病结合治疗，对此湿热证遗精患者治疗取得显著效果，附病案、分析和体会为临床论治遗精提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Spermatorrhea is a common traditional Chinese internal medicine, one young patient suffering for long illness was treated with Simiao pill by using Professor Huang Zhengde, which obtain good effect. It reminds contemporary practitioners should reject the crowd habits of spermatorrhea treated by tonifying kidney and astringing spermatorrhea, symptoms treated by right method. Professor Huang Zhengde treated damp heat type of spermatorrhea with good effect by combining with his own clinical experience. The medical record, analysis and experience were also described to provide reference for diagnosis and treatment of spermatorrhea. |
