清胰逐瘀汤对急性胰腺炎大鼠微循环的影响及其机制 |

摘要: |
目的 探讨清胰逐瘀汤对急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)大鼠微循环的影响及其机制。方法 将Wistar大鼠54只随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组。检测各组手术后8 h的血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平、血清淀粉酶(AMS)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、血浆D二聚体(D-D)及血小板计数(PLT)。结果 与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠的IL-6、TNF-α、AMS、PT、D-D升高,PLT降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,治疗组大鼠IL-6、TNF-α、AMS、PT、D-D的升高程度及PLT的降低程度都有减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 清胰逐瘀汤能在一定程度上改善大鼠AP的微循环,其机制与影响AP大鼠的某些炎症介质及凝血纤溶系统,减轻由微循环障碍导致的组织器官损害有关。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Qingyi Zhuyu decoction on microcirculation of rats with acute pancreatitis. Methods Fifty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, treatment group. The IL-6, TNF-α, serum amylyse (AMS), Prothrombin time (PT), D-dimer (D-D), platelets(PLT) in each group were examined at 8 h after operation. Results Compared with the sham-operation group, the IL-6, TNF-α, AMS, PT and D-D were higher in the model group, but the PLT was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the increased degree of IL-6, TNF-α, AMS, PT and D-D level in treatment group, the reduced degree of PLT were relieved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclution Qingyi Zhuyu decoction could improve the microcirculation of rats with acute pancreatitis insome extent. Its mechanism was realated to its influence in the inflammatory mediator and coagulation fibrinolysis system of rats with acute pancreatitis, and alleviation of tissues organ's injure caused by microcirculation disturbance. |
