| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察调气化瘀利水方联合艾灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法 将120例肛肠术后尿潴留患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，每组各60例，对照组给予臀部肌内注射新斯的明治疗，治疗组给予调气化瘀利水方联合艾灸治疗，观察两组首次排尿时间、平均显效时间及临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后排尿情况和小腹胀满较治疗前均有改善（P<0.05），治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组首次排尿时间、平均显效时间、首次排尿后膀胱残余尿量、治疗后2 h内排尿总量及临床总有效率均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 调气化瘀利水方联合艾灸治疗肛肠术后尿潴留的疗效明显优于肌内注射新斯的明，同时具有显效快，提前首次排尿时间以及膀胱残余尿较少的优势，值得临床推广。 |

| Clinical Observation of Tiaoqi Huayu Lishui Prescription Combined with Moxibustion on Urinary Retention after Anorectal Surgery |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaoqi Huayu Lishui prescription combined with moxibustion on urinary retention after anorectal surgery. Methods The 120 cases of anorectal postoperative urinary retention patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received intramuscular injection neostigmine, while the treatment group was received Tiaoqi Huayu Lishui prescription combined with moxibustion. The urination time for the first time, the average effective time and clinical efficacy were recorded. Results After treatment, urination and abdominal distension were improved after treatment (P<0.05), the degree of improvement in treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The urination time for the first time, the average effective time, the amount of residual urine after first urination, 2 hours total urination amount after treatment, total clinical effective rate in treatment group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tiaoqi Huayu Lishui prescription combined with moxibustion treatment was superior to intramuscular neostigmine, it is worthy of promotion. |
