| 吉中强教授擅长运用中医中药治疗内科杂病，对冠心病尤其是心衰的研究较深，认为心气虚是本病的基本病机，水饮、痰浊、瘀血为标，治疗以补气活血通络为基本治则，以血府逐瘀汤为主方配合理气、补肾、化痰、利水药，临床取得了较好疗效。 |

| Experience from Professor Ji Zhongqiang in Treating Congestive Heart Failure |

| Abstract: |
| Professor Ji Zhongqiang is good at treating difficult disease in internal medicine, especially for coronary heart disease (CHF). He supposes that heart Qi deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of CHF. The retained fluid, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of blood stasis were the indicators, the basic treatment principles were tonyfing Qi, activating blood and dredging collaterals. The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with the medicines on regulating Qi, tonyfing kidney, reduce phlegm, water-disinhibiting, show good curative effect in clinic. |
