| 大黄芒硝外敷治疗宫颈癌根治术后淋巴囊肿的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察大黄芒硝外敷治疗宫颈癌根治术后淋巴囊肿的临床疗效。方法 将60例宫颈癌根治术后并发淋巴囊肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，两组患者术后均给予常规处理及治疗，观察组在此基础上，加用大黄、芒硝外敷2周，比较两组术后淋巴囊肿治疗有效率、术后1周盆腔积液量、总置管引流时间、囊肿消退时间及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组术后淋巴囊肿治疗总有效率90.0%明显高于对照组66.7%（P<0.05），术后1周盆腔积液量明显少于对照组（P<0.01），总置管时间明显短于对照组（P<0.01），囊肿消退时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05），常见并发症发生率两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 大黄芒硝外敷治疗宫颈癌根治术后淋巴囊肿安全有效。 |

| Clinical Observation of Rhubarb and Mirabilite for External Use on Lymphocele after Radical Hysterectomy |

| Objective To observe the external effect of rhubarb and mirabilite in treatment of lymphocele after radical hysterectomy. Methods 60 cases of patients with lymphocele after radical hysterectomy were randomly divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The two groups were both given routine treatment, the observation group was external applicated with rhubarb and mirabilite for 2 weeks. The efficiency of treatment, pelvic fluid volume after one week of operate, total catheter drainage time, cyst regression time and adverse reaction rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of postoperative lymphatic cyst in the observation group with 90.0% was significantly higher than that in the control group with 66.7% (P<0.05). The pelvic fluid volume after one week of operate in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.01). The total catheter drainage time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01), the cyst regression time in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the incidence of common complications between the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The external application of rhubarb and mirabilite is a safety and effective method for treatment of lymphocele after radical hysterectomy. |
