| 摘要: |
| 湖南省著名中医儿科专家张涤教授运用中医药治疗儿童鼾症，临床疗效显著。对于儿童鼾症的辨治，张教授认为痰热郁结、肺气不利为主要病机；外邪、食滞、津亏常兼夹为患；临证审机制方，选用消瘰丸合苍耳子散为主方，随证加减；注重日常调护，做好未病先防、既病防变。 |

| Abstract: |
| As a famous pediatrics clinical expert of TCM in Hunan province, Professor Zhang Di has made great achievements in children snore disease by using the method of TCM treatment with obvious clinical effect. Professor Zhang think that phlegm-heat to belatent and disturbance of lung Qi was the main pathogenesis for the differential treatment of children with sleep apnea. The patients were disturbed by exogenous pathogenic factors, indigestion and body fluid deficiency. The prescription was made according to the clinical syndrome and mechanism of disease, follow Xiao Luo Pill and Cang Er Zi Powder, along with the disease to add and subtract. We should pay attention to nursing, prevent disease before its occurrence and prevent disease from exacerbating. |
