| 岳阳张氏正骨是湖湘著名的中医正骨学术流派之一，气血理论为其主要学术根基，尤以强调“以气为先”，在其对病因病机的研究、对治法治则的确立等方面都立足于“以气为先”。在临证运用方面，以理气活血为基本治则，既重视局部施治，又重视全身的调理，强调内外用药相结合，实现调理气机、理气活血的治疗目的。 |

| The Importance of Qi in Yueyang Zhang's Bonesetting Qi-Blood Theory |

| Abstract: |
| The Yueyang Zhang's Bonesetting Manipulation is a famous academic school for Chinese traditional manipulation in Hunan. The academic foundation is theory of Qi and Blood and emphasize "thinking QI the beginning" that is important in the research of etiology and pathology and ascertain of therapeutic method and principle. In the clinic, the therapeutic principle is activating vital energy and blood circulation, not only pay attention to topical treatment, but also pay attention to the whole body of the situation adjustment. It focused on importance to combine medicine for oral administration with drug for exterior use to achieve activating vital energy and blood circulation rehabilitation. |
