肺癌病位证素分布规律及其与血液检测指标关系的研究 |

摘要: |
目的 初步探讨肺癌病位证素的分布特点,为肺癌中医临床和基础研究提供参考依据。方法 采用临床回顾性研究,搜集整理98例肺癌住院患者的临床资料,运用“中医智能(辅助)诊疗系统”进行系统辨证,提取病位证素,结合患者血液检测指标,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件运用频数分析及逐步回归分析。结果 肺癌常见病位证素分布依次为:肺、心、肝、脾、胃、肾。其中以肺、心多见,病位肺证素出现的频数较心无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),性别、年龄对肺癌的病位证素无明显影响(P>0.05)。肺癌证素与血液检测指标的关系:血红蛋白的下降是病位在肺的危险因素(OR值=14>1)。结论 肺癌的主要病位证素为肺、心,从肺、心论治肺癌可能具有重要的意义;随着血红蛋白的降低,越容易出现肺的病理变化。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the distribution characters of lung disease syndrome factors, and to provide a reference for lung cancer research of Chinese medicine. Methods Using retrospective clinical study, the clinical data of 98 cases of hospitalized patients with lung cancer were collected. The systematic dialectics were carried by using "Chinese Intelligence (secondary) treatment system". The syndrome elements and patient-related blood test indicators of frequency analysis and stepwise regression analysis were made by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Results Common disease properties of lung cancer were: lung, heart, liver, spleen, stomach, kidney. Among them, the distribution of lung and heart was more common. Compared with the heart, the frequency number of the lung disease syndrome factors elements was statistically significant (P> 0.05); There was no significant effect of gender and age on lung cancer location factors (P>0.05). The relationship between lung cancer syndrome factors and blood test indicators: reduction of hemoglobin is a risk factor for lung disease location (OR value = 14>1). Conclusion The main distribution of lung cancer syndrome factors was at lung and heart, the treatment determination for lung cancer from lung and heart may have important significance, With the decrease of hemoglobin, the more prone to pathological changes in the lung. |
