目的 探讨眩晕定颗粒对家兔气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕模型前庭神经核区Bax、Bcl-2及脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法 建立气虚血瘀型后循环缺血性眩晕家兔模型,以西比灵为西药对照,眩晕宁为中药对照,免疫组化法测定前庭神经核区Bax、Bcl-2和BDNF表达。结果 造模后模型组家兔脑干前庭神经核Bcl-2及BDNF表达显著下降,Bax表达上调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物干预后,与模型组比较,眩晕定颗粒使家兔脑干前庭神经核Bcl-2及BDNF表达上调,并可抑制Bax的表达。结论 眩晕定颗粒治疗家兔实验性眩晕的作用与其促进脑组织Bcl-2、BDNF表达,抑制Bax表达有关。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuanyunding Granules on the expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and BDNF in PCIV model rabbits with the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis (QDBS). Methods The PCIV model rabbits with QDBS were prepared,Sibelium as the control of Western medicine and Xuanyunning as the control of Chinese medicine. The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and BDNF was tested by immuohistochemisty. Results After the modeling, the contents of Bcl-2 and BDNF were lower obviously, and the expression of Bax was higher, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). After the medicine intervention, compared with model group, Xuanyunding Granules could improve the expression of Bcl-2 and BDNF, and reduced the Bax expression. Conclusion Xuanyunding Granules in the treatment of vertigo in rabbits is related with its promoting the expression of Bcl-2 and BDNF, and inhibiting the Bax expression. |
