| 局部应用中药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的Meta分析 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 对糖尿病足溃疡局部应用中药的疗效进行系统评价。方法 计算机检索VIP、WF、CNKI、PubMed、Medline、CBM数据库，查找关于糖尿病足溃疡应用中药进行局部治疗的随机对照实验（RCT），时限检索均从建库至2015年3月。由2位检索员按纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献，提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量，利用Review Manger 5.2分析软件进行Meta分析。结果 19篇中药外涂或外敷治疗糖尿病足溃疡的随机对照实验最终纳入，共纳入病例数1 425人，纳入的文献多为低质量试验（Jadad评分为1-2分）。经Meta分析，纳入的19个试验结果表明糖尿病足溃疡局部配合应用中药的疗效优于常规治疗（Z=9.27，P＜0.00001），漏斗图显示存在发表偏倚。结论 糖尿病足溃疡局部应用中药疗效优于对照组，值得更深入研究和总结。 |

| Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ To systematically investigate the curative effect of local application of TCM on diabetic foot ulcers. Methods Databases including VIP, WF, CNKI, PubMed, Medline, and CBM were electronically searched from their inception to March 2015, to identify randomized controlled trials(RCTs) about local application of TCM on diabetic foot ulcer. Two reviewers screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of included studies, and then meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.2 software. Results 19 papers on TCM for external use or topical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer of randomized controlled trials were accepted, including 1425 cases of patients, while the literatures are of low quality test(Jadad score for 1-2). The Meta analysis, 19 trails show that the curative effect of local application of TCM on treatment of diabetic foot ulcer is better than the conventional therapy(Z=9.27, P<0.00001), funnel chart shows that there is publication bias. Conclusion The local application of TCM in treating diabetic foot ulcer show better effect than the control group, so it is worth of further study and summary. |
