| 巨刺法治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察巨刺法治疗周围性面瘫急性期的疗效。方法选择周围性面瘫急性期患者78例,随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(38例)。观察组采用巨刺法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后HouseBrachmann分级(HB分级)量表、面部残疾指数(FDI)的变化。结果治疗后两组均可降低HB分级、提高躯体功能评分(FDIP)、降低社会功能评分(FDIS)(均P<0.01),且改善程度观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组愈显率为87.5%高于对照组的65.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巨刺法治疗周围性面瘫急性期疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。 更多还原 |

| [Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of peripheral prosopoplegia in acute
stage treated with opposing needling. Methods Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into the
treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 38 cases. The control group was treated
with acupuncture in a routine way, while the treatment group was treated with opposing needling.
The therapeutic effect and the change of House-Brachmann grading and facial disable index
(FDIP/FDIS) were observed. Results House-Brachmann grading and FDIS score of
both groups decrease while FDIP score increase (P'<0.01). The degree of improvement in the
treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group(P'<0.01). The recovery rate and
the effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50%，which was higher than that in
the control group 65.79%. The effect between the two groups was significantly different(P'<0.05).
Conclusion Cross-meridian acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on peripheral prosopoplegia
in acute stage and deserves to generalization in clinic. |
