| "治未病"是医疗保健的理想境界,"法于阴阳,和于术数"为"治未病"的基本之道。针对"未病"的三种状态,即无疾之身、隐而未发、发而未传,通过"治未病"的三层防治方法,即无疾之时,养护人体阳气,未病先防,防患于未然;未发之时,以非药物疗法为主,以药物温养脏腑为辅,扶助人体阳气,欲病就萌,防微杜渐;未传之时,运用升阳、温阳、通阳之法,固扶人体阳气,防其传变。三层治法,有法有度,从而达到"治未病"的目的。 更多还原 |

| Abstract: |
| Disease prevention is an ideal state of health care, but it is still a practical
problem that disturbs our preventive health care workers about how to implement it. In practice,
we realize that the importance of Yang Qi is the key point and protection of Yang Qi is the main
line. According to the three states of prevent disease", that were named the bo即without disease,
the body with disease but no appearance, and with disease but no passing. Through three
prevention and treatment measures of disease prevention as health care without disease, prevent it
when it is going to happen and treat it when the disease happened and prevent it passing. These
three kinds of state should be promoted step by step. The Yang Qi should be maintained when
the disease is absent; Non-drug therapy is the main method and warm supplement drugs as
supplementary when the disease don't rise up, thus they help body to assist the Yang Qi; Warm
and nourishment therapy can be used to support and protect the Yang Qi of the human body and
prevent its transmission. |
