| 摘要: |
| 目的比较电针、中药、针药结合3种不同疗法对围绝经期抑郁症的血清性激素及IL-6的影响。方法将确诊为围绝经期抑郁症的患者随机分为电针组、中药组和针药结合组,电针组采用电针治疗的方法,中药组采用中药汤剂口服,针药结合组采用上述两种治疗相结合的方法。治疗1个月后观察其血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及血清白介素-6(IL-6)的含量。结果 3组E2治疗前后比较(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;LH、FSH治疗前后比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;IL-6含量治疗前后比较(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 3种疗法均能升高围绝经期抑郁症患者血清E2的含量,并使血清IL-6的含量有一定程度的下降,说明围绝经期抑郁症患者症状的改善可能与E2、IL-6相关。 更多还原 |

| 〔Abstract〕Objective To analyze and compare the effects of 3 different treatments of electroacupuncture,
herbal medicine and combined electro -acupuncture and herbal medicine on serum
sex hormones and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in treating perimenopausal period depression. Methods Patients
with perimenopausal period depression were randomly divided into 3 groups, electro-acupuncture
group, herbal medicine group and combined treatment group. The treatment course of 3 groups
was 1 month. The serum estradiol（E2）, luteinizing hormone（LH）, follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）
and IL-6 were tested and compared among groups. Results Before and after treatment, the E2 and
IL-6 level of 3 groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05) while LH, FSH levels of 3 groups
showed no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion 3 treatment methods can increase the E2 levelof patients with perimenopausal period depression. On the contrary, IL-6 levels have a certain degree
of decline after treatments. The mechanism of improving perimenopausal period depression is probably
relatd to E2 and IL-6. |
