市售9批丹参药材中丹参酮Ⅱ_A和丹酚酸B含量测定

摘要:
    目的比较市售9批丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量差异。方法按照2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》要求,采用HPLC测定9批市售丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量。结果丹参酮ⅡA含量6号(安徽野生)样品最高,为0.309 3%;8号(山东栽培)样品最低,仅为0.044 7%。丹酚酸B含量9号(山东野生)样品最高,为4.410 0%;2号(四川栽培)样品最低,为3.533 3%。结论目前市场上丹参质量差异很大,建议加强对丹参药材种植的规范化管理。

Abstract:
    〔Abstract〕Objective To compare the contents of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B in the 9 kinds of commercial Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae. Methods The contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in the 9 kinds of commercial Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae are determined by HPLC according to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010). Results The tanshinoneⅡ A content of Anhui wild Danshen was highest(0.3093%) and Shandong cultivate Danshen was lowest (0.0447%), while the Salvianolic acid B content of Shandong wild Danshen was highest(4.41%) and Sichuan cultivate Danshen was lowest(3.5333%) in these samples. Conclusion At present, the quality of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae in the market are different. It is suggested to strengthen the standardized management of the plant of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae.
