| 摘要: |
| 目的探讨补宫止漏Ⅰ号方治疗剖宫产后切口假腔(气血两虚证)的临
床疗效,为补宫止漏Ⅰ号方的临床应用提供科学依据。方法将60例剖宫产术后
切口假腔患者随机分为补宫止漏Ⅰ号方治疗组和妈富隆对照组,对两组临床疗
效进行对比观察。结果治疗3个疗程后,两组对缩小切口假腔面积均有疗效
(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);经期延长疗效治疗组愈显率为
43.33%,对照组为16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候改善总
有效率为80%,高于对照组的63.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补宫止
漏Ⅰ号方对于缩小剖宫产后切口假腔(气血两虚证)的面积、改善经期延长及
中医证候等方面优于妈富隆组,且无不良反应,安全可靠,值得进一步研究。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To expl<)二[he effects of Repairing Uterus
Formula I on incision lacuna
after caesarean operation with syndrome of qi -blood
deficiency and[()provide scientific basis
for clinical application. Methods 60 patients with incision
lacuna after caesarean operation were
randomly divided into 2 groups, with 30 cases in each
group. Treatment group was treated with
Repairing Uterus Formula I;control group was treated with marvelon.
Results After treatment, the
false lumen incision sizes were narrowed in 2 groups (P<0.05)，but
treatment group showed better
results than control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of
shortening menstrual period was 83.3% in
treatment group and 80% in control group; the difference had
statistical significance (P<0.05).The
total effective rate of improving TCM symptoms was 80% in
treatment group and 63.3%
in control group; the difference had statistical
significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The Repairing
Uterus Formula I is better than Mavolon in narrowing the incision
size, shortening menstrual period
and improving TCM symptoms after caesarean, and it
haven't seen negative effect,
which deserves more researches. |
