| 摘要: |
| 目的观察超微肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡肝胃气滞证患者血清中表皮生长
因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)、白介素-10(IL-10)含量的影响。方法
将98例患者随机分成超微肝胃百合汤组(超微组)33例、传统肝胃百合汤组(传
统组)31例、西药胃三联组(西药组)34例,分别采用超微肝胃百合汤、传统肝
胃百合汤、奥美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林或克拉霉素治疗。观察患者疾病疗效
、胃镜疗效和血清中EGF、IL-10含量的变化。结果 3组疾病疗效和胃镜疗效
差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组患者治疗后EGF、IL-10含量均升高(P<0.05),
但组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论超微肝胃百合汤治疗胃溃疡肝胃气滞
证疗效确切,其作用机制可能是通过促进EGF的表达保护胃黏膜,同时上调IL-
10水平抑制炎性细胞因子产生,从而起到抗炎症反应的作用。 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the effects of ultrafine
Ganwei Baihe Decoction on epider-
mal growth factor (EGF) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in patients with
chronic gastric ulcer. Methods
98 chronic gastric ulcer patients with TCM syndrome of qi
stagnation of liver and stomach were
randomly divided into 3 groups: 33 cases in ultrafine
Ganwei Baihe Decoction group (ultra-
fine group) treated with ultrafine Ganwei Baihe Decoction,
31 cases in traditional Ganwei Baihe
Decoction group (traditional group) treated with traditional
Ganwei Baihe Decoction, 34 cases in
Western Medicine group treated with prilosec, metronidazole,
and amoxicillin or clarithromycin.
Symptom curative effect, gastroscopic curative effect and serum
EGF, IL一10 content were observed
before and after treatment. Results Symptom curative effect
and gastroscopic curative effect in
3 groups had no statistic differences (P>0.05); EGF and IL-10
contents in 3 groups increased after
treatment (P<0.05), and there were no significant differences among
3 groups (P>0.05). Conclusion
Ultrafine Ganwei Baihe Decoction is effective in treating gastric
ulcer with syndrome of qi stagna-
tion of liver and stomach. Its mechanism may be[()promote
the expression of EGF[()pro-
tect gastric mucosa, and[()raise IL一10 level[()inhibit
producing the inflammatory cytokine, and
therefore[()achieve the effect of anti-inflammation. |
