| 摘要: |
| 目的观察加减知柏地黄汤对合并不育症的Ⅳ型前列腺炎细胞因子的影响。方法将200例合并不育症的Ⅳ型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组(加减知柏地黄汤组)及对照组(前列康片组)各100例,另选30例正常健康男性作为细胞因子基础参考值。两组均治疗3个月,观察治疗后前列腺液(EPS)中白细胞(WBC)计数及白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)水平的变化。结果治疗前两组EPS-WBC计数及IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10水平均偏离正常(P<0.05),治疗后两组均能降低EPS-WBC计数及IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-8水平(P<0.05),提高IL-10水平(P<0.05),且治疗组能恢复IL-1β、TNF-α至正常水平,而对照组不能恢复至正常水平。结论Ⅳ型前列腺炎发病与细胞因子失调有关,加减知柏地黄汤能有效降低EPS-WBC计数及调整细胞因子水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To evaluate effects of Modified Zhibo Dihuang decoction on cytokines in prostatic fluid in patients with NIH-IV prostatitis accompanying with infertility. Methods 200 patients with NIH-IV prostatitis accompanying with infertility were randomly divided into 2 groups, 100 patients in treatment group were treated with Modified Zhibo Dihuang decoction and 100 in control group with Qianliekang tablets; and other 30 healthy men were tested for cytokine reference values. The count of EPS -WBC and the levels of IL -1β, TNF -α, IL -8 and IL -10 in 2 groups were examined before and after 3 months treatment. Results The count of EPS-WBC and the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-10 in 2 groups were deviated from the normal before therapy. After 3 months treatment, in both groups the counts of EPS-WBC and the levels of IL- 1β, TNF-α and IL-8 were decreased effectively and the level of IL-10 was increased effectively. The levels of IL -1β and TNF -α in treatment group returned to the normal but those data of the control group could not. Conclusion NIH-IV prostatitis is correlated to Cytokines dysfunction in prostatic fluid. Modified Zhibo Dihuang decoction can effectively decrease the count of EPSWBC and adjust the levels of cytokines in prostatic fluid. |
