| 木丹颗粒对糖尿病大鼠血清致痛物质5-HT、β-EP的影响 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察木丹颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠血清致痛物质五羟色胺(5-HT)、β内啡肽(β-EP)的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制作糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠模型,给予木丹颗粒灌胃,以苯妥英钠为阳性对照组,并设正常组及模型组,观察给药前后大鼠血清5-HT、β-EP的变化。结果木丹颗粒组和苯妥英钠组血清中5-HT水平与模型组比较在2、4、8周3个时间点均明显下降,β-EP水平升高(均P<0.01);血清中5-HT水平在2、4、8周时苯妥英钠组明显高于木丹颗粒组(P<0.05,P<0.01);血清中β-EP水平在2、4、8周时苯妥英钠组与木丹颗粒组均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论木丹颗粒与苯妥英钠均能降低糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠模型血清中5-HT水平,升高β-EP的水平,且控制5-HT的水平要优于苯妥英钠。 |

| Effects of Mudan particles on serum 5-HT and β-EP expressions in diabetic rats |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To observe the effcts of Mudab particles on serum 5-Hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and beta endorphin (beta-EP) in rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods The DPN model in rats were established by injected intraperitoneslly with Streptozotocin. Then, these rats were divided into the Mudan particles group, phenytoin sodium positive control group and model control group. Normal rats were selected as blank control group. The expression levels of serum 5-HT and beta-EP were examined in all these rats. Results Compared with the model group, serum 5-HT levels in Mudan particle group and phenytoin sodium group in 2W,4W,8W three time points were decreased significantly while β-EP levels were increased significantly (p<0.01). And serum 5-HT levels in phenytoin sodium group were higher than those in Mudan particle group (P<0.05,P<0.01). There were no significant difference in β-EP levels between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The Mudan particles and phenytoin sodium can reduce serum 5-HT levels and increase β-EP levels in DPN rats, and the effects of Mudan particles on 5-HT is superior to that of phenytoin sodium. |
