| 摘要: |
| 目的观察电针配合康复训练治疗动眼神经麻痹患者的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为3组,分别为电针组24例、康复组23例、电针加康复组25例。每周5次,30次后做康复评定。结果电针组与康复组总有效率分别是83.3%、52.17%,电针加康复组疗程明显缩短,总有效率为96.0%,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示电针加康复组疗效明显优于电针组及康复组。结论电针配合康复训练更有利于动眼神经麻痹的恢复。 |

| To investigate the clinical effects of electro-acupuncture combined with
rehabilitation training on oculomotor nerver palsy. Methods72 patients were randomly divided into
3 groups: 24 patients in group A were treated with electro-acupuncture, 23 in group B with reha
bilitation therapy and 25 in group C with electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treat
ment, 5 times a week. Assessment was conducted after 30 times. ResultsThe total effective rate
in group A and B were 83.3% and 52.17% respectively, the treatment courses in group C were
significantly reduced and total effective rate was 96%. The differences between 3 groups were sta
tistically significant ( <0.05). ConclusionElectro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training
is more conducive to the recovery of oculomotor nerve palsy.
