| 目的探讨加味虎杖散治打IIIB型前列腺炎的临床打效〔方法将128例患者随机分为两组，治打组68例予加味虎杖散治打，对照组60例予坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治打，观察1个月〔结果治打组总有效率和总显效率分别为88.2%和58.80Ic，对照组分别为60.0%和28.3 0Ic，治打组打效优于对照组(P<0.01);治打组在缓解疼痛、提高生活质量、降低NIH-CPSI总评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)〔结论加味虎杖散治打IIIB型前列腺炎有良效 |

| Objective Methods 128 patient treated ride modified To study the effects III B type prostatitis of Jiawei Huzhang powder on IIIB type prostatitis.patrents with the with were powders and control group,60 randomly patrents divided into treatment group, 68 treated with tamsulosin hydrochloreleaseand total markedly capsules,and one month one treatment course. Results The total effective rate were 88.23% and 58.82% respectively in treatment group 60.00% and 28.33% in control group respectively (P<0.01). The effects of releasing life quality and decreasing group(P<0.01). Conclusion NIH-CPSI score in treatment group were better than pam,promotrng th()Se 7T1‘()T1 tr() IJiawei Huzhang powders are very effective for type H IB prostatitis. |
