| 〔摘要〕目的对中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的疗效和安全性进行Meta一分析〔方法采用循证医学的评价
方法，对1989年1月至2010年12月国内外公开发表及未发表的有关中西医结合治疗对比西医激素治疗卵巢早
衰的所有文献进行统计，对符合循证医学评价的文献结果进行分析，从而评价中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰患者的疗
效结果符合纳入标准的文献共16篇，包括1 168例患者Meta一分析显示:合并OR=3.13 , 950IcCI为[2.32,4.22
合并效应的检验Z=7.46(P<0.000 O1)，差异有统计学意义〔结论分析结果显示中西医结合方案在治疗卵巢早衰方
面优于单纯西医激素治疗，但文章的随机方法、分配隐藏、自法及随访上有较大的不足，尤其是随访报道甚少，高质
量的研究文献较少.提示今后在临床研究的方法学上有待进一步改善、 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To make the Meta -analysis for the effectiveness and safety
of combined Chinese and western medicine[()treat the premature ovarian failure (POF). Meth-
ods The evidence -based evaluation method was used[()review all the literatures, published
and d'not published, of treating POF in TCM compared with hormone from January 1989[()De-
cember 2010[()evaluate the curative effects treated POF with combined Chinese and west-
ern medicine therapy. Results 16 pappers was met the inclusion criteria including 1168 patients.
Meta-analysis showed that: combined OR=3.13, 95% CI was 1 2.32 and 4.221, the combined ef-
feet test Z=7.46(P<0.000 O1). Conclusions The therapy integrated Chinese and Western medicine
for POF is better than hormone therapy alone, but the strict randomization , blinding and follow-
up of the literatures are not enough, especially in little follow-up reports and the high-quality
literature, which suggests that the methods of clinical researches need[()be improved in the fu-
ture. |
