土鳖虫超微粉体中尿U-I咤、次黄嘿吟的 含量测定

摘要:
    〔摘要〕目的建立HPLC同时测定上鳖虫超微粉体中核葺类成分尿崛陡、次黄嚓吟含量的方法〔方法色谱柱为 Hypersil C,H BDS柱(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 }e,m),流动相0.05 mol/L磷酸氢二按水溶液,检测波长为254 nm,流速为 0.4 mL/min,柱温为25℃结果尿崛陡、次黄嚓吟分别在0.044-0.22 },g,0.042-0.21 },g范围内线性关系良好,平均 回收率分别为95.930Ic,97.320Ic, RSD分别为2.90Ic , 3.0%结论建立的方法简单、重复性好、准确可靠,可用于上鳖虫 中尿uw u,}、次黄n,}吟的含量测定、

Determination of uraci and hypoxanthine contents in ultramicro power of Eupolyphaga

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To develop a method for determination of urac i ultramicro Hypersil power of Eupolyphaga. Methods Chromatographic conditions 、、ere and hypoxanthine in as follows: column BDS C,8 (4.6 phosphate mm X 250 [卜e mm 5 N.,m), mobile phase 、、as 0.05 mol/L. Two ammom一 un hydrogen solution; detective wavelength 、、as 254 nm, column temperature 、、as 250C and the flow rate was 0.4 mL/min. Results The urac i and hypoxanthine 、、ere showed good 7,in linearity 96.76%, ( r =0.999 with RSD r=0.999 6)over the tested ranges. the 2.8% and 3.4%. Conclusion The method average recoveries were 95.95%, is simple, repeatable and accurate, and can be used[()determine the nucleoside composition in ultramicro power of Eupolyphaga.
