| 〔摘要〕目的观察健膝汤配合外敷中药治疗膝骨性关节炎脾肾两虚湿注骨节证的临床疗效〔方法将56例膝
骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组〔治疗组30例，服用健膝汤，每口1剂，2周为1个疗程〔患膝
外敷中药伤痛散,2 d敷1次，2周为1个疗程〔对照组26例，}}服双氯芬酸钠缓释片，每次0.1 g，每口1次，2周为
1个疗程、1个疗程后统计疗效〔观察两组总有效率、治疗前后患者的中医证候、主症积分变化情况、结果治疗组和
对照组的临床总有效率分别为06.%和l l .OCIC，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;两组治疗后中医证候积分均

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jianxi decoction combining击ug
penetration therapy on knee osteoarthritis (I}OA) in patients with insufficiency of spleen-kidney
and dampness infusion into lx>ne and joints. Methods 56 patients with I}OA were random-
1y divided into two groups. 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Jianxi decoction o-
rally, one dosage per day, 2 weeks per course, and Shangtong powder application externally,
once every two days, 7 times per course; and 26 patients in control group received diclofenac
sodium, 0.1 g per day, 2 weeks per course. The total effective rate, Chinese medicine symptoms
scores and main symptoms scores in two groups were compared after one therapeutic course. Re-
Sults The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 86.7% and 77.7% re-
spectively (P<0.05). The Chinese medicine symptoms scores in each group before and after treat-
ment were improved(P<0.05), and the differences between two groups after treatment were signifi-
cant(P<0.05). The main symptoms scores in each group before and after treatment were improved
(P<0.05 or P<0.01), except for the scores of joints swelling, the differences of the scores between
two groups were significant(P<0.05). Coneluslon Jianxi decoction orally combining external thera-
py is very effective for I}OA[()relieve the degree of joint pain, allaying TCM symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients. |
