| 〔摘要〕目的探讨金英胶囊对慢性盆腔炎湿热证(湿热蕴结、湿热疲结)的临床疗效〔方法多中心临床观察
分两期进行，II期232例患者随机分为2组，对照组115例，治疗组117例;III期480例患者随机分为2组，对照
组120例，治疗组360例，对照组均}}服妇炎净胶囊和妇炎净模拟药，治疗组}}服金英胶囊,4周为1个疗程,1个
疗程后统计疗效，观察两组临床疗效及安全性〔结果经PP , I1"1'分析与对照组患者比较，临床症状明显改善，疗效
显著，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金英胶囊对慢性盆腔炎属湿热证(湿热蕴结、湿热疲结)疗效安全可靠〔 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To research the clinical effect of Jinying capsules for chronic pelvic
inflammatory disease with dampness -heat such as syndrome of damp -heat accumulation and
syndrome of damp-heat gluing. Methods The study was divided into two stages. In stage II，
232 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 115 patients in control group and 117 in
treatment group; in stage III，480 patients into two groups, 120 in control group and 360 in
treatment group. The patients in control group were treated with Fuyanjing capsules and ana-
log drugs orally; in treatment group with Jingying capsules,4 weeks one treatment course. And
then, the clinical effect and safety were measured. Results After the PP and ITT analy-
sis, compared with control group, the clinical symptoms in treatment group were improved and
the clinical effect was significant, but the differences were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion
Jingying capsules is effective and safe for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
with dampness-heat. |
