| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To optimize the best process conditions for extraction technique of
Fuganning capsules. Methods The quantity of chlorogenic acid and the extraction yield of solid
extracts were chosen as indexes, the orthogonal test and HPLC was used[()optimize the pro-
cess conditions. Results The optimal extracting condition was: presoaking in 2 h, adding 10
times of water, extracting 3 times, 1 hour each time. Conclusion The optimized extraction tech-
nology is stable and efficient. |
