目的 探讨复方巴戟天合剂对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死大鼠股骨头的组织学影响、方法SD大白鼠72
只,随机分成正常组、模型组、对照组、治疗组,每组18只〔建立大鼠激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型,对照组、治疗组
每口给药1次,于实验后第4,8,12周分3批处死动物,取股骨头空骨陷窝、成骨细胞、破骨细胞及胶原面积进行统
计学分析〔结果空骨陷窝率模型组与正常组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01) ,治疗组与对照组较模型组差异有统计学意

Abstract: |
(Abstract〕 Objective To observe the effects of compound Morinda mixture on histological changes
in rats with glucocorticoid induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFI}. Methods Seventy two
rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, control group and therapeutic group, 18 rats
each group. The rat models were established by injection of glucocorticoid. The rats
were given drugs by gastric infusion one time a day and were killed in the fourth, eighth and
twelfth week respectively. Then the histology changes of the femoral head were observed[()eval-
uate the empty lacunae osteoblasts/osteoclast and wcol. Results The difference between lacunar
bonerategroup and normal group was significant (P<0.01); between treatment and control groups
and model group were significant (P<0.01); the differences of osteoblast cell counts between treat-
ment and control groups and model group were significant (P<0.01) and the osteoclast cell counts
also were significant (P <0.01); The difference of wcol percentage between treatment
and control groups and model group were significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Compound Morin-da mixture
is remarkably preventive and therapeutic effects
