| 摘要: |
| 目的观察Jingzhaotoxin-V敬钊毒素一V(JZTX-V)对纳洛酮催促戒断症状的治疗作用。方法建立吗啡
成瘾小鼠模型，分别测定4组不同剂量S , SO , S00 ,1000 },g}kg JZTX-V对小鼠戒断后跳跃次数的影响〔结果JZTX-
V在戒断后的15min内能减少小鼠的跳跃次数，而且5,50和500 },g/kg JZTX-V对跳跃次数的抑制具有统计学意
义((P<0.05 ,P<0.01)〔结论JZTX-V在S-S00 }e.g}kg范围内能显著抑制小鼠戒断后的跳跃次数，有可能成为一种戒毒

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the treatment effects of Jingzhaotoxin-V(JZTX-V) on with-
drawl symptoms aroused by Naloxone precipitation. Methods The mice models with morphine ad-
diction were divided in 5, 50, 500 and 1000 N.,g/kg JZTX-V groups and each dose affected on
the jumping times of mice after withdrawl. Results The JZTX -V二、luced the jumping times
of mice during the 15 minutes after withdrawl, and the doses 5, 50 and 500 N.,g/kg JZTX-V
were significant[()inhibit the jumping times (P<0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion When the doses
between 5 and 500 N.,g/kg, JZTX-V can significantly二、luce jumping times of mice after with-
drawl. which may be a leading molecule[()be betting rid of drugs. |
