| 电针联合康复训练治疗延髓背外侧梗死吞咽障碍的临床研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的研究电针联合康复训练对于延髓背外侧卒中吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法对5例经颅脑磁共振检查证实为延髓背外侧卒中的患者进行电针治疗及康复训练,电针治疗每日1次,双休日停治疗,共治疗15次,治疗3周后评价疗效,比较患者治疗前后标准吞咽功能评估(SSA)及电视荧光透视吞咽功能研究(VFSS)分值变化。结果 5例患者经电针联合康复训练后吞咽障碍症状减轻,与治疗前比较SSA总分降低而VFSS总分升高。结论电针联合康复训练可改善延髓背外侧卒中患者的咽喉肌收缩力,从而改善患者吞咽障碍。 更多还原 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the curative effects of electr<卜acupuncture combined with rehabilitation on dysphagia of dorsolateral ease confirmed by brain magnetic
resonance medulla infarction. Methods 5 patients with
imaging of dorsolateral medullary treated with
electro-acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training 15 times, once a day, stopped in weekends, then the patients were evaluated with Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) and the
videofluoroscophic swallowing stud y(VFSS). Results The EA d ysphagia symptoms of all 5 patients ere relieved, SSA scores reduced and the VFSS scores lifted Conclusions Electro-acupuncture combined with medullar dorsal lateral throat muscles with rehabilitation

the patients contractron and improve the swallowing disorders. |
