| 清金畅肺饮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的观察清金畅肺饮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法将83例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组41例,治疗组西医常规治疗上加服中药清金畅肺饮,对照组西医常规治疗,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、体征及实验室相关指标的变化。结果治疗组与对照组均可改善临床症状、体征,降低PaCO2、CRP,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后两组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均升高PaO2(P<0.01~0.05),两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均升高FVC、FEV1%,治疗组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金畅肺饮治疗COPD临床有效,其作用机制可能与改善气道炎症以达到改善气流受限有关。 更多还原 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To obser ve the clinical effect of QingJin Chan沙i decoction
on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in acute occurring period. Method 83 patients
with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group of 42
patients and control group of 41. The patients in treatment group were treated with QingJin
Chan沙i decoction based on routine western medicine, and in control group with routine west-
ern medicine only. The changes of the clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory-related indicators
were observed in both groups and between before and after treatment. Result In lx>th groups,
the clinical symptoms and signs were improved, PaCOz and C -Reaction protein reduced, and
the difference between bef<)二and after treatment was significant (P<0.05)，PaOz in both groups
increased, but no difference (P>0.05), FVC and FEV1% in both groups increased also, but in
treatment group the difference bef<)二and after treatment was not significant (P >0.05), and
the difference between two groups after treatment was significant (P<0.01一 0.05).Conclusion
Qingjin Chan沙i decoction is effective for COPD and its curative mechanism maybe related[()
improving the airflow limitation by controlling airway inflammation. |
