温针灸治疗中风后尿潞留患者的临床观察

摘要:
    〔摘要〕目的观察温针灸在中风后尿潞留患者中的治疗作用、方法将61例中风后尿潞留留置导尿患者随机 分为治疗组33例,对照组28例,在进行基础治疗情况卜,治疗组采用温针灸治疗,对照组采用一般治疗,1次//d ,4 次为1个疗程,隔2 d开始卜1疗程,共治疗4个疗程,未满4个疗程己治愈者,停i1=治疗并统计治疗结果〔结果 温针灸组总有效率为84.90Ic,对照组为64.30Ic,温针组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05 );两组治疗后有效病例起效时间比 较,温针组优于对照组(P<0.05 )〔结论温针灸治疗中风后尿潞留有一定的临床意义,值得采用、

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To observe the effect of warm-needling therapy on stroke patients with urinary retention. Methods 61 patients with urinary retention indwelling catheter were ran- dourly divided into treatment group (n=33),and control group (n=28).Based on the foundation treatment, the patients in treatment group treated with warm-needling and in control group with typical treatment, 1 time 1 day, 4 days a course, and alternation 2 days next course and 4 courses totally, and the curative effect was statistic after one course. Result The total effective rate was 84.9% in treatment group and 64.3% in control group (P<0.05); the beginning time of effects in treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05).COriCluSlori farm- needling therapy is effective for on stroke patients with urinary retention and can be recom- mended[()use in clinic.
