| 〔摘要〕目的探讨针刺配合中药治疗急性荐麻疹风热犯表证的临床疗效、方法将60例急性荐麻疹风热犯表
证患者随机分为针药组、针刺组、中药组，每组20例、针药组采用针刺配合消风散(加味)内服，针刺组采用针刺治
疗，中药组采用消风散(加味)内服，10 d为1个疗程〔结果在临床总疗效方面，针药组优于中药组(P<0.05 );在瘤
痒症候疗效方面，针药组显著优于中药组(P<0.01);在皮损症候疗效方面，针药组优于针刺组和中药组(P<0.05);在
临床症候积分疗效方面，针药组优于针刺组(P<0.05)，显著优于中药组(P<0.01)〔结论针药结合是治疗急性荐麻疹
风热犯表证较好的治疗方法、 |

| (Abstract〕 Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with
Chinese drugs on acute urticaria of wind-heat external syndrome. Methods 60 patients with a-
cute urticaria of wind-heat external syndrome were randomly divided into acupuncture with Chi-
nese drugs group treated with acupuncture and oral Xiaofeng powder, acupuncture group with
acupuncture and Chinese drugs group treated with oral Xiaofeng powder, 20 patients per group,
10 days per course. Results The curative effect in acupuncture-Chinese group was better than
that in Chinese drugs group(P<0.017)，removing pruritus efficacy was also better(P<0.01); the 1e-
signs symptom efficacy in acupuncture一(bugs group were better than that in acupuncture group
and Chinese drugs group(P<0.05); clinical symptom scores in acupuncture-drugs group was bet-
ter than that in acupuncture group (P<0.05), and Chinese drugs group (P<0.01). Conclusion The
acupuncture combined with Chinese drugs is a better theraoy for acute urticaria of wind-heat
external syndrome. |
