| 〔摘要〕目的观察耳穴压豆加穴位注射方法预防和治疗恶性肿瘤病人在进行化疗时导致恶心呕吐的临床疗
效、方法采取自身对照的方法对病人进行疗效观察、将21例病人首次化疗疗程采用传统静脉注射方法预防和治疗
化疗药物导致的恶心呕吐、第2次化疗疗程则采用耳穴压豆加穴位注射来预防和治疗化疗药物导致的恶心呕吐、观
察患者在化疗期间有无恶心呕吐等主观感受、结果其穴位注射加耳穴压豆法总有效率达85.60Ic，而传统治疗法为
