活血化癖法降低小儿过敏性紫瘫肾炎 发生率的临床观察

摘要:
    〔摘要〕目的观察活血化疲法治疗小儿过敏性紫瘫的临床疗效及对其紫瘫性肾炎发生率的影响、方法将60 例过敏性紫瘫患儿随机分为化疲消斑汤组(治疗组)30例、西医常规治疗组(对照组)30例〔两组均治疗14 d后评定疗 效及紫瘫性肾炎发生率、结果治疗组总有效率为90.00Ic ,紫瘫性肾炎发生率为6.670Ic,与对照组比较差异均有统计 学意义(P<0.05)〔结论活血化疲法治疗小儿过敏性紫瘫具有较好的疗效,并能明显降低患儿紫瘫性肾炎发生率〔
