| 〔摘要〕目的评价开胃进食汤超微配方颗粒治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满证的疗效和安全性〔方法根据木研究的纳
入与排出标准，选择符合中医诊断为脾胃虚弱型痞满证，西医诊断为慢性浅表性胃炎、功能性消化不良之一的患者
120例，按1:1:1随机分为开胃进食汤超微配方颗粒等剂量组(超微等量组)、开胃进食汤超微配方颗粒1/2剂量组
(超微1/2组)和健胃消食片组(对照组)，进行多中心对照试验〔结果3组治疗后证候积分分别较治疗前明显减少
( P<0.05或0.01) ,治疗前后差值3组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、疾病疗效比较超微等量组、超微1/2组和对照
组的总有效率分别为78.380Ic , 81.08%和76.920Io，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)} 3组治疗后，胃全排空时间、钡剂达
回自部时间、小肠全排空时间较治疗前均明显缩短(P<0.01)0 3组治疗后血浆胃动素(MTL)水平明显升高(P<
0.05) ,治疗前后差值3组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、临床观察中未发现明显不良反应、结论开胃进食汤
超微配方颗粒疗效与健胃消食片相当且其1/2剂量与等剂量的临床疗效相当.均未发现明显的毒副作用、 |

| Abstract: |
| (Abstract〕 Objective To assess the effect and safety of the I}aiwei Jin-
chi decoction compounding with ultra-micro particles (I}JDUP) on abdominal distention and fullness.
Method From multi-center clinics, 120 patients with one of chronic superficial gastritis and func-
tional dyspepsia belonging[()abdominal distention and fullness of spleen deficiency were random-
ized into I}JDUP group, 1/2 dose of I}JDUP group and control group with Jianwei Xiaoshi pills. Re-
cults The symptomatic scores in all groups after the treatment were obviously decreased (P<0.05 or
P<0.01), but the differences between the three was not significant (P>0.05). The total effective ra-
tios in all groups were respectively 78.38%, 81.08% and 76.92%(P>0.05). The times of gastric
emptying, barium reaching ileocecal junction and enteric emptying after treatment in all groups 、、ere
