不同炮制去心法对巴戟天多糖含量的影响

    〔摘要〕目的比较不同炮制去心方法的巴戟天及其术心中多糖的含量〔方法采用80%乙醇回流提取,用改 进的苯酚一硫酸法测定多糖的含量〔结果巴戟天不同炮制品及其术心中多糖含量高低依次为:制巴戟天>巴戟肉> 盐巴戟天>巴戟天术心、结论巴戟天经甘草制有利于多糖的溶出,盐炙品的多糖含量低于巴戟肉,巴戟天术心多 糖含量最低、

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To study the influence of different process[()remove woody core on polysaccharide contents of Morinda officinalis and its woody core. Methods Backwash extract was with 80% ethanol, the improved phenol -sulferic acid method was used[()detect the polysaccharide contents. Results The polysaccharide contents of Morinda officinalis in different processed materials and the woody core of root from high[()low were licorice processing offici- nalis>ofFicinalis flesh>salt ofFicinalis>ofFicinalis woody core. Conclusion Morinda officinalis pro- cessed by licorice is beneficial[()the dissolution of polysaccharides; the salt officinalis is lower than the officinalis flesh in polysaccharide content; and the woody core of root has the lowest polysaccharide content.
