湿热颗粒抗炎、止痒的实验研究

摘要:
    〔摘要〕目的研究湿热颗粒抗炎i1=痒的作用、方法通过湿热颗粒对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型、角叉菜胶 所致大鼠足踌肿胀模型的影响,观察湿热颗粒对炎症的影响;通过湿热颗粒对葡聚糖-40所致的小鼠瘤痒模型、磷 酸组胺豚鼠致痒模型的影响,观察湿热颗粒对瘤痒的影响〔结果与模型组比较,湿热颗粒各剂量组能显著降低二甲 苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05 ) ;湿热颗粒中剂量组能显著降低角叉菜胶致炎后 30 min, 1,2,3,4,6 h大鼠足趾肿胀率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05 ) ;湿热颗粒中剂量、高剂量组能显著延长葡聚糖-40所 致小鼠瘤痒的潜伏期及减少其瘤痒次数,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01) ;湿热颗粒中剂量、高剂量组能显著增加磷 酸组胺所致豚鼠瘤痒的致痒阂,差异具有统计学意义((P<0.05)〔结论湿热颗粒具有抗炎、i1几痒的作用〔

Experimental study of Shire particleson relieving inflammatory and itching

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To study the effects of Shire particles on relieving inflammatory and itching. Methods According[()the actions of the particles on ear swelling model of mice in- duced by xylene and paw edema model of rats induced by carrageenan, the effects of the parti- cles on inflammatory was measured; according[()the model of the actions of the particles on itching in mice induced by dextran-40 and in guinea pig induced by Histamine phosphate, the effects of the particles on itching was measured. Results Compared with model group, each dose groups of Shire particles significantly decreased the ear swelling (P<0.05); significantly reduced the paw swelling after 30min, 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h and 6h of carrageenan inflammation (P< 0.05); significantly extended the period of scrapie and二、luced the itching (P<0.01); and signifi- cant increased in phosphorylation(P<0.05). Conclusion Shire particles is effective for anti-inflam- matory and antipruritic.
