补肾化癖方对PCOS大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞 CYP450表达的影响

摘要:
    〔摘要〕目的观察补肾化疲方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞CYP450蛋白表达的影响〔方法 运用补肾化疲方对PCOS模型大鼠进行干预后,采用免疫组化法观察卵巢颗粒细胞CYP450的蛋白表达〔结果模 型组与正常组比较,卵巢颗粒细胞CYP450的蛋白表达在表达面积及表达强度上均低于正常组,差异具有统计学 意义(P<0.01);补肾化疲方中、高、低剂量组及妈富降组用药后,卵巢颗粒细胞的CYP450的蛋白表达明显升高,差 异具有统计学意义(P<0.01, P<0.05);其中补肾化疲方中剂量对PCOS大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞CYP450的蛋白表达效果 最佳、结论补肾化疲方能增强PCOS大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞CYP450的蛋白表达,调节卵巢内分泌失调,改善PCOS高 雄血症.逆转卵泡的发育异常.使排卵成功、

Effects of Bushen Huayu decoction of CYP450 in ovarian granulosaonprotein expressioncells in PCOS rats

Abstract:
    (Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effects of Bushen Huayu decoction (BHD) on protein expression of CYP450 in ovarian granulosa cells in PCOS rats. Method BHD was used[()in- terpose the rats and the protein expression of CYP450 was determined with immunohistochemi- cal method. Results Compared with normal group, the protein expression of CYP450 in model group was lower (P<0.01); and in high, middle and low dosages of BHD groups and western medicine group were obviously higher(P<0.01 or P<0.05), in which, in middle dosage of BHD group was best. Conclusion BHD can increase the protein expression of CYP450 in PCOS rats,regulate the maladjustment of incretion balance and improve hyperandrogenemia,rest<)二[he abnormal growth of folliole and ensure the success of ovulation.
