| 癫痫是一种常见的慢性神经系统疾病，其发病机制尚未完全明确，但免疫炎症反应贯穿癫痫发生发展的全过程。本文系统阐述了中医药通过调节免疫炎症治疗癫痫的分子机制与临床疗效，总结中药单体、活性成分及复方通过调控胶质细胞极化、NOD样受体蛋白3（NLRP3）炎症小体激活、促炎性细胞因子释放、免疫微环境稳态及核因子κB（NF-κB）、γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）能传递、高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）等信号通路多靶点、多途径缓解癫痫发作的实验与临床证据，以期为癫痫的临床研究和药物研发提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disorder with incompletely clarified pathogenesis. However, immune-inflammatory responses are involved throughout the entire process of the onset and progression of epilepsy. This paper systematically elucidates the molecular mechanisms and clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in regulating immune inflammation for the treatment of epilepsy. It summarizes experimental and clinical evidence demonstrating that TCM monomers, active constituents, and formulas alleviate epileptic seizures through multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms, including regulation of glial cell activation, NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome activation, pro-inflammatory cytokine release, immune microenvironment homeostasis, and signaling pathways such as nuclear factor κB (NF-κB), γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)ergic transmission, and high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1). It aims to provide a reference for clinical research and drug development for epilepsy. |
