| 动脉粥样硬化（AS）是一种慢性血管炎症性疾病。本文基于“痰瘀同病”理论，阐释AS的核心病机为痰瘀互结，并据此提出“痰瘀同治”的治疗原则，进一步系统梳理隔药饼灸通过灸、穴、药三者协同作用，实现痰瘀同治的作用特点及相关机制。隔药饼灸可在AS发生发展的不同阶段，通过调节脂代谢、抑制免疫炎症反应、保护血管内皮功能、稳定斑块及调节肠道菌群等多条途径发挥作用，论证了其防治AS的有效性与科学性，表明隔药饼灸是治疗AS的有效手段。 |

| Abstract: |
| Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic vascular inflammatory disease. Based on the theory of "simultaneous occurrence of phlegm and blood stasis", this paper elucidates that the core pathogenesis of AS lies in the intermingling of phlegm and blood stasis, and accordingly proposes the therapeutic principle of "simultaneous treatment of phlegm and blood stasis". Furthermore, it systematically reviews the characteristics and related mechanisms of herbal cake-insulated moxibustion in achieving the simultaneous treatment of phlegm and blood stasis through the synergistic effects of moxibustion, acupoints, and herbal medicine. Herbal cake-insulated moxibustion can exert its effects at different stages of AS progression through multiple pathways, including regulating lipid metabolism, suppressing immune-inflammatory responses, protecting vascular endothelial function, stabilizing plaques, and modulating gut microbiota. This demonstrates the efficacy and scientific basis of herbal cake-insulated moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of AS, indicating that it is an effective approach for AS. |
