| 摘要: |
| 快速性心律失常合并焦虑抑郁状态是临床上常见的一种双心疾病。中医药治疗此病具有独特优势。基于“一气周流”理论，杜武勋教授认为快速性心律失常合并焦虑抑郁状态的核心病机为“土虚木郁，风火扰神”，其中，以木气郁滞、疏泄失职为因，中土虚衰、斡旋失司为本，“风火扰神”为关键发病环节，形成“己土不升，乙木下陷，生风化火”和“戊土不降，甲木郁冲，君相升炎”的病理过程。故治疗当以“健运中土，理气开郁，息风泻火”为总则，枢转中焦，调畅气机，燮理阴阳，使轮运轴灵，心神得安。附验案3则以资佐证。 |

| Abstract: |
| Tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety and depression is a clinically common psychocardiological disease.Chinese medicine demonstrates unique advantages in managing this condition. Based on the theory of "circumfluence of qi",Professor DU Wuxun identifies its core pathogenesis as "spleen deficiency and liver depression, with wind fire disturbing the mind".Specifically, liver depression and impaired qi regulation and discharge serve as the proximate cause, while spleen-stomach weakness and the failure of the spleen to transport and regulate constitute the root cause. Moreover, "wind fire disturbing the mind" serves as the critical pathogenic link in the development of tachyarrhythmia combined with anxiety and depression, manifesting through two pathological processes of "spleen qi failing to ascend, liver qi sinking downward, and generating internal wind and transforming into fire"; "stomach qi failing to descend, gallbladder qi stagnating and surging, with sovereign and ministerial fire flaring upward". Therefore, the treatment principle emphasizes "fortifying and activating the spleen and stomach’s transport function,regulating qi to relieve stagnation, and extinguishing wind and purging fire", which aims to pivot the middle jiao, regulate qi movement, balance yin and yang, thus restoring the cyclical axis of qi movement to calm the mind. In addition, three verified medical records are appended for validation. |
