慢性心力衰竭(CHF)作为终末期心血管疾病,具有复杂的病理机制,其发病过程不仅涉及心肌细胞结构和功能的改变,还包括炎症反应、氧化应激、神经内分泌系统失调以及血管功能异常等多个环节。其中,中医药在调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路方面展现出独特优势,为CHF的治疗提供了多层次、多途径的干预手段。本研究基于Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,通过解析其异常活化,促进心肌纤维化、抑制心肌再生及加剧氧化应激的级联机制,阐明该通路驱动CHF发展的病理学本质。系统阐释中医药干预Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的关键靶标,为基于该通路干预CHF的治疗策略提供实验依据,同时为今后进一步深入研究CHF提供理论依据和实践基础。 |

Abstract: |
Chronic heart failure (CHF), as an end-stage cardiovascular disease, has a complex pathological mechanism. Its pathogenesis involves not only changes in the structure and function of cardiomyocytes, but also multiple processes such as inflammatory response, oxidative stress, neuroendocrine system dysregulation, and vascular dysfunction. Among them, Chinese medicine has demonstrated unique advantages in regulating this signaling pathway, providing multi-level and multi-pathway intervention approaches for the treatment of CHF. Based on the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, the present study elucidated the pathological nature of CHF progression driven by its abnormal activation, which promotes myocardial fibrosis, inhibits myocardial regeneration, and exacerbates oxidative stress through a cascade mechanism. The study systematically elucidates the key targets of TCM intervention in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, providing experimental evidence for the development of therapeutic strategies targeting this pathway in CHF. Meanwhile, it offers a theoretical foundation and practical basis for further in-depth research on CHF in the future. |
