| 本研究通过考证长沙马王堆汉墓出土的《五十二病方》中“(疒夅)”病的病名内涵、症状分类及治疗方法，探讨其在肛肠良性疾病术后尿潴留治疗中的应用价值。通过系统梳理“(疒夅)”与后世“癃”“淋”等病症的关联性，结合现代肛肠良性疾病术后尿潴留的临床特点，揭示了古代医家对排尿障碍类疾病的认知规律。研究发现，“(疒夅)”病以小便不利、膀胱胀满、疼痛为主症，其分型（如石(疒夅)、血(疒夅)）与术后尿潴留的病理表现高度契合。《五十二病方》记载的针灸、中药（如冬葵子、石韦）、导引等疗法在改善术后膀胱功能方面具有明确的理论依据和临床价值。研究表明，马王堆医学的整体观与个体化治疗理念为破解现代肛肠术后尿潴留难题提供了新思路，其“针-药-导引”三联方案值得进一步临床验证。 |

| This study investigates the etymology, symptom classification, and treatment of "Long" ((疒夅)) disease as recorded in the ancient medical text Wu Shi Er Bing Fang (Formulas for Fifty-two Diseases) unearthed from the Mawangdui Han Tomb in Changsha, and discusses its application value in the treatment of postoperative urinary retention of benign anorectal diseases. By systematically analyzing the relationship between "Long" ((疒夅)) and later-described conditions such as "Long" (癃, urinary retention) and "Lin" (淋, strangury), and integrating them with the clinical characteristics of urinary retention after surgeries for benign anorectal diseases in modern times, it highlights how ancient physicians understood and treated urination disorders. Studies have found that "Long" ((疒夅)) disease is characterized by difficulty urination, bladder fullness and pain, and its patterns (such as stone and blood patterns) are highly consistent with the pathological manifestations of postoperative urinary retention. Acupuncture and moxibustion, Chinese medicines such as Dongkuizi (Malvae Semen), Shiwei (Pyrrosiae Folium), daoyin (guiding and stretching exercises) and other therapies recorded in Wu Shi Er Bing Fang (Formulas for Fifty-two Diseases) have clear theoretical basis and clinical value in improving postoperative bladder function. The results show that the holistic concept and individualized treatment concept of Mawangdui medicine provide a new idea for solving the problem of urinary retention after anorectal surgery in modern times, and the triple combination of "acupuncture, Chinese medicines, and daoyin" is worthy of further clinical verification. |
