| 摘要: |
| 疼痛为临床最常见的一种症状，严重影响患者的生活质量和社会功能。现代研究表明，疼痛与焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍密切相关，并且存在双向关联。章薇教授认为，痛证属形神共病，形质损伤，痛证乃生，痛久致郁；七情内伤，因郁生痛，二者互为因果、互相影响。章薇教授根据治疗痛证积累的丰富临床经验，提出“形神同调”针刺治疗痛证的观点，治疗上应“调心疏肝”以安神定痛，并将传统“苍龟探穴”针法与现代肌筋膜触发点理论相结合，运用“针刺探结”疗法以调形定痛，临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: |
| Pain is one of the most common clinical symptoms, seriously affecting patients' quality of life and social functioning. Modern research shows that pain is closely related to psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression, and there is a bidirectional association between them. Professor ZHANG Wei believes that pain pattern belongs to the co-morbidities of the body (form) and the mind (spirit). Physical injuries lead to the onset of pain, and prolonged pain induces depression. Conversely, seven emotions causing internal damage generate depression, which in turn give rise to pain. These two conditions maintain a reciprocal causal relationship and mutually influence each other. Based on her rich clinical experience in treating pain pattern, Professor ZHANG Wei proposed the viewpoint of "simultaneous regulation of the body and mind" in acupuncture treatment for pain pattern. In treatment, "regulating the heart and soothing the liver" should be adopted to calm the mind and relieve pain. She combines the traditional gray tortoise probing technique with the modern theory of myofascial trigger points, employing the "acupuncture probing for nodules" therapy to regulate the body and relieve pain, achieving remarkable clinical efficacy. |
