| 摘要: |
| 针眼，即现代医学所称睑腺炎，是眼睑腺体的急性化脓性炎症，以局部红肿热痛、硬结形成为主要临床表现。本文基于刘完素“玄府气液-阳热怫郁”理论，系统探讨针眼的病因病机，认为外感风热、脾胃湿热、情志郁火等因素均可导致玄府郁闭，致使阳气怫郁、气液壅滞，进而化火成脓。在辨证治疗方面，提出以“宣、清、透”三法为核心分期论治（初期宜宣散风热、开玄通络，中期须清解阳热、通玄排毒，后期当透托余邪、养玄复正），并辅以针对性方药内外合治，以恢复玄府气液宣通之职，促进疾病痊愈。 |

| Abstract: |
| Stye, known as hordeolum in modern medicine, is an acute purulent inflammation of the eyelid glands, characterized by localized redness, swelling, heat, pain, and the formation of hard nodules. Based on LIU Wansu's theory of "qi-fluid congestion due to mysterious mansion dysfunction leading to yang-heat stagnation," this study systematically explores the etiology and pathogenesis of stye. It posits that exogenous wind-heat, damp-heat in the spleen and stomach, and emotional depression transforming into fire can all lead to obstruction of mysterious mansion (a collective term for the minute gateways of qi ascending, descending, exiting, and entering in the body, which function in regulating the circulation of qi, blood, and body fluids), resulting in stagnation of yang qi and qi-fluids, which subsequently transforms into fire and purulence. In terms of pattern differentiation and treatment, the study proposes a "dispersing, clearing, and expelling" tripartite approach for staged management. In the early stage, the treatment should focus on dispersing wind-heat and opening mysterious mansion to unblock collaterals; in the middle stage, it is essential to clear and resolve yang-heat while dredging mysterious mansion to expel toxins; in the late stage, the approach should shift to expelling residual pathogens and nourishing mysterious mansion to restore healthy qi. Complementary internal and external herbal therapies are employed to restore the unobstructed flow of qi and fluids in mysterious mansion, thereby promoting disease resolution. |
