| 国医大师何成瑶基于“甘守津还”理论指出脾肾亏虚、精血乏源为不孕症发病的根本原因，津亏络瘀、胞宫失养为发病关键。治疗时谨守病机，巧妙应用甘味药，重视生津以养精血，布津以化瘀通胞络，自拟“妇科调经1号方”“妇科调经2号方”，分别运用甘温之药填补肾精、健运中焦以生津，甘酸之品固守真阴以保津，佐甘辛、甘润以通络胞脉，促津液输布至冲任胞宫，以期为中医药治疗不孕症提供借鉴。 |

| Based on the "Gan Shou Jin Huan" (sweet-flavored herbs for preserving and restoring body fluids) theory, National TCM Master HE Chengyao points out that spleen-kidney deficiency and insufficient essence-blood are the fundamental causes of infertility, while fluid depletion and collateral stagnation leading to uterine malnourishment represents the key pathogenic mechanism. During treatment, she adheres closely to the disease pathogenesis, skillfully employs sweet-flavored herbs, and emphasizes generating body fluids to nourish essence-blood and distributing fluids to resolve stasis and unblock uterine collaterals. She has developed two self-drafted formulas, namely "Fuke Tiaojing Formula No. 1" and "Fuke Tiaojing Formula No. 2." The former utilizes sweet-warm herbs to replenish kidney essence and strengthen the middle jiao for fluid production, while the latter employs sweet-sour herbs to consolidate genuine yin and preserve body fluids. Additionally, sweet-pungent and sweet-moistening herbs are used as adjuvants to unblock uterine collaterals and promote the distribution of body fluids to the Chong and Ren meridians and the uterus. This paper aims to provide a reference for the treatment of infertility with Chinese medicine. |
