| 摘要: |
| “新医科”建设对中医药院校拔尖创新人才培养提出了更高要求。针对传统培养模式在知识建构深度、人文素养培育与创新能力激发等方面的不足，本研究引入美育理论与建构主义学习理论，构建“价值目标-学习机制－实施载体－评价反馈”4层分析框架，并在此基础上提出课程美育化、教学情境化、实践项目化、师资复合化、评价多元化、环境浸润化“六位一体”的培养模式。本研究在系统审视中医药院校课程体系、教学模式、实践平台、师资队伍、评价机制与文化环境现实问题的基础上，进一步提出可操作的实施路径。本研究认为，“六位一体”的培养模式能够促进专业教育与人文教育、知识学习与意义建构、文化传承与创新发展的有机统一，可为新医科背景下中医药院校拔尖创新人才培养体系的优化提供理论参考与实践借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| The construction of the "New Medical Science" initiative has placed higher demands on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talent in TCM colleges and universities. In response to the limitations of conventional training models in the depth of knowledge construction, the cultivation of humanistic literacy, and the stimulation of innovation capability, this study introduces aesthetic education theory and constructivist learning theory, and constructs a four-level analytical framework of "value goals-learning mechanisms-implementation carriers-evaluation feedback". On this basis, a "six-in-one" cultivation model is proposed, comprising aestheticized curriculum, contextualized teaching, project-based practice, multidisciplinary faculty, diversified evaluation, and immersive environment. By systematically examining the practical issues in the curriculum systems, teaching models, practice platforms, faculty teams, evaluation mechanisms, and cultural environments of TCM colleges and universities, this study further proposes actionable implementation pathways. It argues that the "six-in-one" model can promote the organic integration of professional education and humanistic education, knowledge learning and meaning construction, as well as cultural inheritance and innovative development, thereby providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for optimizing the cultivation system of top-notch innovative talent in TCM colleges and universities in the context of New Medical Science. |
